Your personalised book

Your selected theme, character details, photographs, language and delivery information are used to produce a personalised printed book. Check all details before payment. Illustration examples demonstrate a style; your finished artwork will be unique.

Ordering and payment

An order is accepted for production after payment is confirmed. The final payment page shows the amount to pay. Production begins after successful payment and is subject to quality checks.

Your content

You must have permission to use all submitted photographs and names. Do not submit illegal, harmful, or inappropriate material. Read our photo privacy policy for how photographs are handled.

Delivery and support

Order progress appears in your account. The business must publish delivery estimates, shipping coverage and customer support details before launch.

Pre-launch terms: these are incomplete operational terms, not a final consumer contract. The business must add its legal identity, support details, delivery promises, cancellation and refund provisions, and obtain an appropriate review before taking orders.
