Your Photos, Your Privacy
Creating a personal book should feel safe. Photographs are used to make the characters and artwork for your order.
Permission to use photographs
Only upload photographs you have authority to use. For children, you must have appropriate parental or guardian authority. You must also have permission from other people whose photographs you submit.
Private by design
Original photos are kept in private storage. They are not publicly listed or shared with other customers. Authorised production services receive short-lived access only when needed to make your book. Printers receive completed artwork, not original photographs.
No training by default
Your photographs must not be used to train AI models. Production providers must support confidential processing and appropriate retention controls before they can be connected.
Deleting original photographs
The default deletion point is approval of the finished artwork, when the original photographs are no longer needed. Unfinished uploads expire according to the configured retention policy. Generated book artwork has a separate retention period.
Your account and choices
You can manage your profile and request account deletion in your account. Some order and payment records may need to be retained for business obligations. Marketing preferences are separate from order updates.
Cookies and payments
A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by this application.
